I agree with Owen in how we should try and break the boundries of making a music video and be indie and not mainstream in the way we do things. After doing the opeing to our film which tried to stay in the boundries of filmaking I think it would be a good idea to try and do something very different and abstract. Which would push me out of my comfort zone of making videos.
This is an idea of how abstract I would like to go but obviously something like this has quite high budget. I like the concect of this video and the way they personify an everyday object in this case matchstick cases. The way the way we follow one matchstick 'person' enhances the 'reality' we are being shown in this video.
